Background: Squamous Cell Carcinoma (SCC) of the tongue constitutes about 25% - 40% oral carcinomas. Most often, treatment failure occurs as local and regional recurrences. Currently, collection Lingual Lymph Nodes (LLNs) that are located on floor mouth has gained more attention. The lingual lymph nodes inconstant para intermediate appearing along course lymphatic vessels mouth. aim was to assess if presence node metastasis is a definitive prognostic marker for floor-the-mouth carcinoma through systematic review.Materials Methods: Three electronic databases (PUBMED, Research Gate, Google Scholar) were searched patients diagnosed with who presented surgical or carcinoma. search performed January 24th, 2020 214 abstracts reviewed inclusion 14 studies included in this review. Results: Of 241 reviewed, 45 manuscripts identified eligible based titles full text analysed inclusion.
